Self-testing report requirement

Last week, NMPA issued a notification that the applicant should submit the testing report in self-testing report template if they only authorized NMPA testing lab or 3rd-party testing lab to do part of testing items. If the applicant authorized the testing lab to do all testing items, then seft-testing report template is not needed.
