Serve as a bridge between overseas manufacturers and domestic regulatory authorities, to assist Sponsors in fulfilling the following responsibilities:

1）Establish a quality management system adapted to the product and maintain its effective operation;
2）Develop post-market study and risk control plans and ensure their effective implementation;
3）Carry out adverse event monitoring and re-evaluation in accordance with the law;
4）Establish and implement product traceability and recall system;
5）Other obligations stipulated by the drug regulatory authority under the State Council.
